Cali 6880 was born from a simple conviction: that the best bread and pantry goods are made slowly, with real ingredients and genuine care. Nestled on Hillshire Drive, we've become a quiet fixture in the Memphis community — the place neighbors stop by for a loaf that still carries the warmth of the oven.
Our bakers arrive before dawn. Every croissant is folded by hand. Every sourdough loaf is fed, shaped, and baked on the same day it reaches your table. Alongside our in-house productions, we curate an assortment of artisan cheeses, olive oils, spices, and specialty groceries — each selected for the quality we'd serve our own families.
